Damage Compensation

- If damage occurs due to the facility’s negligence affecting guests’ clothing, personal belongings, or causing injury, the facility will provide compensation such as laundry costs.
- Compensation applies only if the incident is reported immediately on-site.
Accidents & Safety
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during use of the facility; the facility will provide reasonable assistance.
- Follow safety instructions when using any facility.
- The facility is not responsible for losses caused by unforeseeable accidents, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Other Provisions
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes shall be submitted to the Nagano District Court.
