- Q.How many bedrooms are there and how many people can stay?
- A.Each villa sleeps up to 8 guests. Building A has 4 bedrooms, and Building B has 3 bedrooms plus a Japanese-style (tatami) room. Children under 7 who do not need a bed are not counted.
- Q.Is the villa really ski-in/ski-out?
- A.Yes! Located directly on the Toomi Slope at Hakuba Goryu, you can step out the door with your skis on. No shuttles, no lift queues — one of the very few true ski-in/ski-out properties in Hakuba.
- Q.How do I book? Any promotions?
- A.Book on our official reservation page to check live availability.

- A.Yes, we partner with local rental shops to provide full ski/snowboard packages — boards, boots, poles, helmets. Gear can be delivered to the villa for fitting, saving you a trip to the rental shop.
- Q.Can we cook in the kitchen?
- A.Absolutely. The villa features a designer open-plan kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, espresso machine, dishwasher, full cookware and seasonings. The local A-Coop supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
- Q.Are pets / dogs allowed?
- A.Pets are warmly welcome at our villa. We provide 2 food bowls and 2 water bowls for your furry companions. *Please keep the space clean and take care to prevent any damage to the furniture and interiors.
- Q.Can you help us make a reservation?
- A.We are more than happy to assist with restaurant reservations. Please let us know your preferred cuisine style as early as possible, as restaurants in the area tend to fill up quickly during peak season.
